Corey was a shooting victim on July 13 2024 at a rally for President Donald J. Trump in his reelection campaign for the 2024 election cycle.
But Corey was a man of passion and service, being a captain of the local firefighters. He threw his family down and covered them in an effort to protect them, in the process, he was killed by a sniper, 20 year old Thomas Crooks.
